Asahikawa Furniture and Craft.
Industrial tourism base
in design city, Asahikawa

Asahikawa Design Center (ADC) is a comprehensive shop where Asahikawa furniture and crafts are gathered together. Approximately 30 manufacturers have set up permanent booths in a vast space of approximately 3,300m², selling approximately 1,200 Asahikawa furniture and crafts. From furniture that lasts a lifetime, to wooden items that are perfect as souvenirs for sightseeing in Asahikawa, and special gifts for loved ones, we offer a wide range of items to meet a wide range of needs. In addition, as an “industrial tourism base” in Asahikawa City, which is certified as a UNESCO City of Design, there is a museum, gallery, and workshop where you can learn about the history of Asahikawa furniture and craftmanship. We hold special exhibitions, collection exhibitions, workshops, etc. that propose and disseminate designs, interiors, lifestyles, etc throughout the year.

BRAND BOOTH

More than 30 manufacturer booths are lined up in the core zone of ADC. This is the only facility where you can compare a wide range of Asahikawa furniture in one place, which made it possible because it is a production area.

As a shop directly connected to the manufacturer, we can handle special orders such as changes in size and wood species. You can find furniture that fits your home and lifestyle.

We offer a wide range of support, not only for standing furniture, but also for built-in furniture and overall space coordination. Professional staff will advise you including interior design.

In Asahikawa, there are workshops that handle repairs, and manufacturers have restoration departments.
